HOW IT WORKS:
As mentioned, our Adventure Travel Insurance is a flexible insurance product, which means it can be adapted to suit you. It is available in three parts, of which you can upgrade, pick and choose and adapt to your personal Adventure Travel Insurance needs.
Part A: includes essential cover for medical and emergency expenses, specialist activity equipment and up to £50,000* search & rescue costs following an accident, as well as personal accident, personal liability, legal expenses and curtailment whilst participating in an insured activity.
Part B: provides additional cover to part A, bringing the policy into line with a ‘standard’ travel policy, including cancellation, curtailment, personal possessions, personal money, travel delay and end supplier failure cover.
Part C: ‘Independent Traveller’ cover provides extended cover for cancellation, curtailment, delay departure and travel disruption with the addition of accommodation expenses if your trip is disrupted by an event such as a natural disaster e.g. volcanic eruption or if the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) advises against travel.
- Part A may be taken in isolation.
- Part B can only be taken with Part A.
- Part C can only be taken with Part A & B.
